Regulations for the use of electric car charging stations /29.03.2023/

§1

  1. The following regulations (“Regulations”) was prepared on March 29, 2023. and govern the rules for using the electric vehicle charging station located in the parking lot of the Hotel & SPA Jawor in Zawoja, 34-222 Zawoja 1847 (“Parking”).
  2. The Regulations have been established by the Management Board of the company Jama - Tour Marek Kukla S.K.A., which is the owner of Hotel & SPA Jawor (“Hotel”). The Regulations may be changed at any time.
  3. There is one marked electric vehicle charging station on the Parking lot. The station is intended for electric passenger cars of all brands.
  4. The Regulations apply to all persons using the Charging Station. Persons and cars that violate the provisions of the Regulations may be removed from the Charging Station by the Hotel.
  5. Each person driving a car on to the Charging Station area agrees to the provisions of the Regulations, undertakes to comply with them, and is responsible to the Hotel for their compliance.

§2

  1. ​​​Using the Charging Station is permitted 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
  2. Starting the charging is possible after prior contact with the hotel reception.
  3. Charging stations are intended exclusively for charging electric passenger cars, i.e., cars with electric drive and cannot be used for parking cars or other vehicles.
  4. Charging electric vehicle rates: PLN 1.80 / 1 kWh
  5. The Hotel may at any time prevent the use of the Charging Station by persons who are not entitled to use the hotel's services.

§3

  1. The basic rules for using the Charging Station include:
    • Using the Charging Station only while charging the car.
    • Independent connection of the Charging Station plug to the car by the person driving the car.
    • Parking the car on the Charging Station area, immobilizing it, turning off the engine and lights, closing the windows, doors, and trunk.
    • Independently securing the car against theft or burglary by the person driving the vehicle.
    • Leaving the Charging Station plug in the designated place after the charging has finished.
  2. An absolute ban on using the Charging Station by:
    • Cars carrying flammable, corrosive, explosive, and similar materials and substances that may pose a risk to people and property,
    • Cars serving as mobile shops if their purpose is to carry out commercial activities in the Parking area,
    • Cars with internal combustion engines, including hybrids without charging function.
  3. Prohibition of leaving animals in the car on the Charging Station area.

 

§4

 

  1. Any interference with the technical infrastructure of the Charging Station is prohibited.
  2. In the event of any irregularities in the operation of the Charging Station, as well as in case of doubts as to the way of using the Charging Station, the hotel reception should be notified immediately.

§5

  1. The administrator is not responsible for:
    • The consequences of using the Charging Station contrary to its intended purpose or Regulations.
    • Any interruptions in the operation of the Charging Station; the Charging Station may be temporarily or permanently excluded from operation at any time.
    • Any damages caused by force majeure, theft (break-in, robbery, etc.), destruction, or damage to cars located on the Charging as well as intems left in them or specified in their equipment.
    • For the consequences of people`s actions.

§6

  1. In case of user's violation of the Hotel's Regulations, the Hotel may apply necessary measures to restore compliance with the Regulations, including removal of the car from the charging station or application of a mechanical lock on the car.
  2. In cases specified in section 1, the car user is obligated to cover the costs related to removing the car from the charging station, securing and storing it until the car is picked up by the user by paying a fee of 500 PLN.
  3. The user is responsible for any damages caused by the vehicle or arising from the use of the charging station.
