The beginnings of this place date back to 1928, when the building, which originally housed a cinema, was made available for cultural use by Father Jan Surowiak. After restoration, the old stable was transformed into the Light Theater - Jutrzenka, and the great interest in the institution led to the establishment of a permanent cinema "Słońce" in 1933, which changed its name to "Śnieżka" after World War II. However, after six years of operation, due to the expiration of the rental agreement, it was moved to the location where it operates to this day.
