Voucher sales regulations
- Hotel Jawor in Zawoja (hereinafter the Issuer) undertakes to deliver the Voucher to the Buyer (in person at the hotel, via the Polish Post, or by email) and to accept it for redemption at Hotel Jawor in Zawoja in accordance with its content and the Voucher’s expiration date.
- The condition for receiving the Voucher is full payment of the agreed amount, which the Buyer is obligated to make.
- The Buyer receives a VAT invoice or receipt at the moment of purchasing the Voucher.
- The scope of services included in the Voucher and its validity period is individually agreed with the Buyer.
- The Voucher may only be redeemed at Hotel Jawor in Zawoja.
- The Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash; it must be redeemed once and in full.
- The Hotel is not responsible for the Voucher if it is lost after being handed over to the Buyer. In case of destruction or loss, the Hotel may issue a duplicate upon the Buyer’s request provided proof of purchase is presented.
- The Voucher’s validity period is indicated on the Voucher.
- The Voucher user is required to reserve the date for using the Voucher at Hotel Jawor’s reception in Zawoja (phone: 33 8775 198, e-mail: recepcja@hotel-jawor.pl).
- If the full amount of the Voucher is not used, no cash refund is provided, and the Voucher is considered redeemed.
- If the value of the service exceeds the Voucher amount, the difference must be paid on-site after the service by cash, debit card, or credit card.
- After the Voucher’s expiration date, it becomes invalid - the Issuer reserves the right to refuse redemption of the Voucher.
- After booking the date, general booking conditions apply. Cancellation can be made up to 14 days before the arrival date and the voucher remains valid according to its expiration date. If cancellation is made within less than 14 days, the invitation is considered used.
- All complaints related to the purchase of goods and/or services using the Voucher will be considered by Hotel Jawor upon written complaint by the Buyer or User.
- By redeeming the Voucher, the User confirms the performance of services according to the Voucher content.
- The Issuer reserves the right to change the Regulations provided it does not infringe already acquired rights of Buyers and/or Users. All changes to the Regulations will be continuously updated.
- Matters not regulated by these Regulations shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.
