Voucher Sales Terms and Conditions
- Hotel Jawor in Zawoja (hereinafter the Issuer) undertakes to deliver the Voucher to the Buyer (personally on site at the hotel, via Polish Post, or email) and to accept it for redemption at Hotel Jawor in Zawoja in accordance with its content and validity date.
- The condition for receiving the Voucher is full payment of the agreed amount, which the Buyer is obliged to make.
- At the time of purchasing the Voucher, the Buyer receives a VAT invoice or receipt.
- The scope of services included in the Voucher and its validity period are individually agreed with the Buyer.
- The Voucher can only be redeemed at Hotel Jawor in Zawoja.
- The Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, and its redemption is single-use and in full.
- The hotel is not responsible for a Voucher lost after it has been handed over to the Buyer. In case of damage or loss of the Voucher, the Hotel allows issuing a duplicate at the Buyer's request. The condition is presenting the purchase document.
- The Voucher's expiry date is indicated on the Voucher.
- The Voucher user is obliged to book the date of use at the reception of Hotel Jawor in Zawoja (tel. 33 8775 198, e-mail: recepcja@hotel-jawor.pl).
- If the full value of the Voucher is not used, no cash refund is granted; the Voucher is considered used.
- If the service value exceeds the Voucher amount, the difference must be paid on site after the service is provided by cash, debit card, or credit card.
- After the expiry date, the Voucher is invalid - the Issuer has the right to refuse its redemption.
- After booking, the general reservation conditions apply. Cancellation can be made up to 14 days before arrival, and the Voucher remains valid according to its expiry date. For cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, the invitation is deemed used.
- Any complaints regarding the purchase of goods and/or services using the Voucher will be considered by Hotel Jawor at the request of the Buyer or User, upon submission of a written complaint.
- By redeeming the Voucher, the User confirms the completion of the services according to the Voucher content.
- The Issuer reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, provided that it does not infringe on the rights already acquired by Buyers and/or Users. All changes will be updated continuously.
- Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.
