To the top of Jałowiec (1111 over the sea level) you can go from Zawoja Składy to Hala Barankowa and then to Zawoja Wełcza with black trail, then blue trail directly to the top. The road can be shortened by car, just a few minutes from hotel to Zawoja Wełcza.
