Voucher Sales Terms and Conditions
- Hotel Jawor in Zawoja (hereinafter the Issuer) undertakes to deliver the Voucher to the Purchaser (in person at the hotel, via Polish Post, or by email) and to accept it for redemption at Hotel Jawor in Zawoja in accordance with its content and the Voucher’s expiration date.
- The condition for receiving the Voucher is full payment of the agreed amount, which the Purchaser is obliged to make.
- The Purchaser receives a VAT invoice or receipt at the moment of purchasing the Voucher.
- The scope of services included in the Voucher and its validity period are individually agreed with the Purchaser.
- The Voucher can only be redeemed at Hotel Jawor in Zawoja.
- The Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used once and in full.
- The Hotel is not responsible for the Voucher lost after handing it over to the Purchaser. In case the Voucher is destroyed or lost, the Hotel will consider issuing a duplicate at the Purchaser’s request. Proof of purchase is required.
- The Voucher is valid for a maximum of 1 year from the date of purchase; therefore, the hotel reserves the right to refuse to redeem a Voucher whose validity period has expired.
- The Voucher user is obliged to book the date of using the Voucher at the Hotel Jawor reception in Zawoja (tel. 33 8775 198, e-mail: recepcja@hotel-jawor.pl).
- If the full value of the Voucher is not used, no cash refund will be given, and the Voucher is considered used.
- If the service value exceeds the Voucher amount, the difference should be paid on site after service completion by cash, debit card, or credit card.
- After the validity period expires, the Voucher is invalid - the Issuer has the right to refuse its redemption.
- After booking, general reservation terms apply. Cancellations can be made up to 14 days before arrival date, and the Voucher remains valid according to its expiration date. For cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, the invitation is considered used.
- Any complaints related to the purchase of goods and/or services using the Voucher will be considered by Hotel Jawor upon written complaint submitted by the Purchaser or User.
- By redeeming the Voucher, the User confirms the service has been performed according to the Voucher content.
- The Issuer reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions provided it does not infringe upon the already acquired rights of Purchasers and/or Users. All changes to the Terms and Conditions will be updated promptly.
- For matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
