Voucher Sales Terms and Conditions
- The Jawor Hotel in Zawoja (hereinafter the Issuer) commits to issuing the Voucher to the Buyer (in person at the hotel, via Polish Post, or email) and accepting it for redemption at the Jawor Hotel in Zawoja in accordance with its content and expiration date.
- The condition for receiving the Voucher is full payment of the agreed amount, for which the Buyer is responsible.
- The Buyer receives a VAT invoice or receipt at the moment of purchasing the Voucher.
- The scope of services included in the Voucher and its validity period are agreed individually with the Buyer.
- The Voucher can only be redeemed at the Jawor Hotel in Zawoja.
- The Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash; redemption is one-time and full.
- The Hotel is not responsible for a Voucher lost after it has been issued to the Buyer. In case of loss or damage, the Hotel allows issuance of a duplicate upon Buyer's request, provided proof of purchase is presented.
- The Voucher’s expiration date is indicated on the Voucher.
- The Voucher user is required to book the redemption date at the Jawor Hotel reception in Zawoja (tel. 33 8775 198, email: recepcja@hotel-jawor.pl).
- If the full value of the Voucher is not used, no cash refund is due, and the Voucher is considered redeemed.
- If the service value exceeds the Voucher amount, the difference must be paid on-site after the service via cash, debit card, or credit card.
- After the expiration date, the Voucher becomes invalid - the Issuer reserves the right to refuse redemption.
- After booking, general reservation terms apply. Cancellation can be made up to 14 days before arrival and the Voucher remains valid until the expiration date. Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival will result in the invitation being considered used.
- All complaints related to purchase of goods and/or services using the Voucher will be processed by Hotel Jawor upon written complaint from the Buyer or User.
- By redeeming the Voucher, the User confirms execution of services as per the Voucher content.
- The Issuer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions provided that it does not violate already acquired rights of Buyers and/or Users. All changes will be updated accordingly.
- In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, appropriate provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
